Golden Week: Time to start planning?
Comprising of 4 national holidays (Showa Day, Constitution Day, Greenery Day and Children's Day) over the last few days of April and first week of May, Golden Week is traditionally one of the busiest, if not the busiest, travel seasons here in Japan.
If you're planning to travel in Japan or abroad, it is never too early to start booking transportation and hotels. If your travel plans are set for a tour around Japan, hopefully our eok.jp Travel in Japan selections can be of some help from short trips to the onsen of Hakone, intriguing Nagasaki and even a whirlwind tour of Sapporo -feel free to extend the author's schedule on this one though!
