Directions

Kokoen Garden is located a 5 minute walk west of the Himeji Castle\'s Otemon Gate (main gate).

From JR Himeji Station, go right out of the Central Exit and walk down Otemae Street (main street) which will be in front of you. Turn left at the end of Otemae Street and walk along the Himeji Castle moat. The entrance to the garden will be on your right.

From Sanyo Himeji Station, go left out of the Sanyo Department Store and walk straight down Otemae Street.
Turn left at the end of Otemae Street and walk along the Himeji Castle moat. The entrance to the garden will be on your right.
